missingWrote a review on 11 Novadd-on fees
The substantial add-on fees were not clearly reflected in the advertised price, creating a minor surprise at check-out. Spiral stairs posed a challenge, particularly for an older group member, and the second bedroom with bunks is more suited for small children, limiting its usability for older kids or adults. Only one bathroom, located en suite, means anyone in the living room has to share it, which can be inconvenient.

The cozy garden area provided a lovely retreat for our morning coffee, surrounded by greenery that felt tranquil and inviting.
While the overall experience was enjoyable, the hot water took a while to heat up, reminding us of the house's age.

Historic charm in a cozy setting
Our family enjoyed the beautiful decor and comfort of this historic house, feeling like we were welcomed into a friend's home. The garden was a lovely retreat for a meal.
The hot water took a while to heat up, a reminder of the house's age, but once it did, our showers were wonderfully refreshing after a long day.

It was just an ideal choice for a short visit in Providence with best value for money ratio. The garden area offered a nice, quiet spot for breakfast that we appreciated. If you have issues with stairs, consider asking for a lower-level room.

The location is fantastic for anyone visiting nearby attractions, with several restaurants just a short walk away. The charming garden was a delightful spot to enjoy a meal outdoors, enhancing the overall experience. While the accommodations felt cozy and inviting, the hot water took longer than expected to heat up, which was somewhat inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. The decor, reminiscent of the early 20th century, added character, but the slight wear on some furnishings was noticeable.

Charming Stay with Warm Vibes
I loved how homey and welcoming the space felt, like being at a friend’s place, complete with beautiful decor and a lovely garden perfect for a bite to eat. The location was just a short walk to Brown University and several nice restaurants. One downside was that the hot water took a bit to warm up, but it was nice once it came through. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can't wait to come back!

Had a lovely night in a gorgeous two-bedroom apartment that felt like stepping back in time. We enjoyed a nice evening around the fire pit with perfect weather! The cozy garden area and the leisure room made our stay even more relaxing, which was just what we needed. The couch cushions could use some work, but honestly, it was a minor detail in a fantastic stay. 😊
